TIFFIN, Ohio – Tiffin St. Joseph FCU has hired Rick Budde, head of lending at nearby Hancock FCU, president and CEO of the $46-million credit union.

Budde has been in the banking profession for 38 years, most recently as the senior vice president of lending for eight years at Hancock FCU in Findlay.
He has an associate’s degree in accounting from the University of Northwestern Ohio, Lima, a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Findlay and a master’s of business administration from Bluffton University.
