TULSA, Okla. – Tinker FCU has acquired a retail bank branch that had been operated by Bank of America.
The purchase price for the 3,500-square-foot branch located in Tulsa’s central business district was $1.048 million, or $299 per square foot.
Tinker will occupy the building, which sold with an additional quarter-acre parcel of land.
