Trio of Midwestern CUs Choose Fiserv DNA For Tech Transformations

Three credit unions have selected Fiserv's DNA account processing platform to assist with their technology transformations.

The $1 billion-asset Arkansas Federal Credit Union in Jacksonville, Ark., the $1.1 billion-asset Consumers Credit Union in Waukegan, Ill., and the $897 million-asset Andigo Credit Union of Schaumburg, Ill., will use DNA for its relational database, open architecture, person-centric data model and 24/7 real-time processing capabilities, Fiserv said in a news release Tuesday.

"DNA will make it easier for our members to interact with our people, our products and our services, and enhance the efficiency of our employees, branches and back-office operations," Rodney Showmar, chief executive of Arkansas Federal CU, said in the release.

Arkansas Federal CU, which serves than 92,000 members, has also selected Fiserv's Verifast for in-person authentication, Nautilus for enterprise content management, and tMagic teller capture.

In addition to DNA, Andigo CU also selected Verifast Palm Authentication and Nautilus as the cornerstone technologies for its transformation that includes a new name, new headquarters and branch expansion. The credit union has about 40,000 members nationwide.

"The modern, open architecture of DNA will enable us to streamline our processes, improve our member and employee experience and give us the ability to quickly and flexibly develop products and services to meet the needs of our members," said Mike Murphy, CEO of Andigo Credit Union.

Consumers CU, which serves nearly 85,000 members, also selected Weiland Account Analysis from Fiserv, along with DNA.

"DNA offers 100% uptime, strong business lending support in the core and an open architecture that enables our development group to create the unique member experience we're looking for," said Sean Rathjen, president and CEO of Consumers CU.
