“We’re honored by the confidence our new partners have placed in us and we will do our very best to deliver the same quality of service that members receive from these credit unions every day,” said Doug Hoelscher, president of TruHome, said in a Nov. 15 press release.

In addition, TruHome also announced incoming servicing portfolio transfers for two credit unions: 121 Financial Credit Union (based in Jacksonville, Fla., with $555 million in assets) and the aforementioned Dade County FCU.

“Since our conversion to the Black Knight MSP system in early 2017, our servicing offering has really hit stride,” said Doug Battin, TruHome’s senior vice president of mortgage servicing. “The operating efficiencies and private-label capabilities of Black Knight have greatly improved our already strong servicing solution for credit unions.”

MSP is a mortgage loan servicing platform provided by Black Knight Inc., a tech and financial services company.
