WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Truliant FCU yesterday said it hired Todd Hall, a Florida financial consultant and former banker, as chief operating officer for the $1.6-billion credit union.
Hall will work with CEO Marc Schaefer at the credit union’s headquarters in Winston-Salem, where he will assume direct responsibility for leading the senior team – encompassing consumer, mortgage and business credit areas, as well as all member delivery channels including Member Financial Centers, the Member Contact Center and E-Services.
Hall was a financial consultant in Jacksonville, and before that a senior executive at Woodlands Bank in Beaufort, S.C. He also has managed large, multi-branch regions where he led the acquisition and consolidation of newly acquired institutions.
He received his B.S. in Finance at the University of South Carolina and received his MBA through Wake Forest University’s executive program.
