TEMPE, Ariz. – TruWest CU, the state’s fifth-largest credit union, yesterday announced it is moving to nearby Chandler, where its is building a new corporate headquarters.

The $800 million credit union plans to build a two-story, 80,000 square-foot project in the Chandler Corporate Center, near the Chandler Fashion Center and two major highways, the Santan and Loop 101.
The new headquarters will provide about double the room now available and will house 200 employees. The project will include a full-service branch.
Known until 2003 as Motorola Employees CU, TruWest has expanded its FOM beyond Motorola employees and now serves community groups.
