Two convert to CU*Answers’ online core processor

Two credit unions have converted their core processing platforms to CU*Answers’ online SaaS core processor, the credit union service organization announced.

Both Newberry, Mich.-based Tahquamenon Area CU and Superior, Wis.-based Superior Choice CU made the conversions, and CU*Answers EVP Scott Collins said in a press release that the credit unions’ CEOs and teams effectively executed difficult conversion processes.

“Both credit unions have been active customer-owners for many years with on-premise core deployments, and their decision to transition to our online solution is a re-commitment to the cooperative business principles we share with their team members,” said Collins, adding “We look forward to a long partnership.”

Tahquamenon Area CU, in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, serves 6,500 members with $63 million in assets.

Superior Choice CU, on the tip of Lake Superior and adjacent to Duluth, Minn., serves more than 27,000 members with $384 million in assets.
