WESTconsin CU and UT FCU have selected Member Loyalty Group’s Member Experience program based on Net Promoter methodology.
The two CUs will work with the credit union service organization to take action based on member feedback in order to improve members’ experiences with the institution and drive long-term growth.
“Our CUSO was founded to help credit unions develop organization-wide programs to capture, analyze and act on member feedback," said Michelle Bloedorn, CEO of Member Loyalty Group. "We serve as partners with each of our participating credit unions and I look forward to helping our newest credit unions achieve their growth, service and financial goals."
Member Loytalty Group was founded in 2008 by just six credit unions and today serves more than 100 CUs, many of which have assets of more than $1 billion.
WESTconsin CU is based in Menomonie, Wis., and UT FCU is based in Knoxville, Tenn.
