GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Core data processor CU*Answers announced that University of Toledo Federal Credit Union successfully converted to the CU*BASE data processing system in April.
Following the conversion, the $68 million credit union based in Toledo, Ohio, is now able to offer its 6,500 members new and improved services through CU*Answers, the company said, including It’s Me 247 Online Banking, mobile banking, and electronic document storage.
The CU’s staff will have access to a variety of tracking and reporting dashboards as part of the comprehensive data processing system, allowing them to better serve existing members.
“We are excited for the new partnership with University of Toledo FCU. We believe the credit union and its members will be excited about several new features and offerings following the conversion,” said a spokesperson from CU*Answers in a statement.
