ST. JOSEPH, Mich. – United FCU yesterday announced it is implementing Financial Management Solutions’ Lobby Tracking System that monitors lobby traffic flow and collects real-time product and service sales data – per branch and individual service representative.

The solution will allow the $1.1 billion credit union to make more informed decisions with concrete, real-time performance metrics.
United FCU has used the company’s Teller Management System since 2007.
