USERS, Inc. hosted 253 attendees at its 2006 User Group Meeting here. During the conference opening session, keynote speaker Garrison Wynn addressed the topic, "The Truth About Success." A noted speaker, advisor and entertainer, Wynn shared common traits of top performers and explained how attendees can apply these same skills and attributes to succeed in the fast-paced financial services and technology industries. The conference agenda offered 23 different educational sessions.
In conjunction with the conference, The User Group (TUG) held its semi-annual business meeting. TUG also sponsored a Business Recovery "lessons learned" panel, with insights and best practices shared by USERS' clients affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. USERS' next client conference is EdCon 2006, to be held Sept. 18-21 in Orlando, Fla.
