Vermont FCU Adds FMSI’s Teller Management Solution

BURLINGTON, Vt. – Vermont FCU has adopted Financial Management Solutions Inc.’s Teller Management System.

The $385-million credit unions said it will improve member service by aligning the right number of branch staff during peak account holder transaction times, and also will turn a laborious manual scheduling process into a more streamlined and automated approach.

“Before talking with FMSI, we were not using forecasted teller transactions to help us determine the right number of staff at the right times in our branches,” said Tom Crapo, Senior Vice president of operations at Vermont Federal. “FMSI’s Teller Management System helps us leverage our transaction activity, pulled from our core system, to predict the busiest moments in our branches – allowing us to staff the right number of employees to best serve our members at peak times.”
