BARRE, Vt. — Vermont State Employees' Credit Union said it will provide $120,000 over the next three years in donations to help the Vermont Foodbank move food around the state.
The funds, according to Foodbank officials, will be used to operate a Foodbank Truck that makes a daily drive between Rutland and Burlington, Vt. each day.
The Foodbank delivers food to approximately 280 food shelves, senior centers, after-school programs and other sites in Vermont.
