ENDICOTT, N.Y. – Visions FCU has rolled out an enhanced mobile test and banking program the provides members with access their savings and loan balances, and allows them to transfer funds and make loan payments directly from the Visions mobile banking site, using almost any cell phone.

Members also can use the $2.4 billion credit union’s “on-the-go” mobile program for text-message banking, allowing them to gain information about their accounts with simple text message commands, the company said.
In the next few months, Visions said it plans to release an iPhone app. Later this year, it plans to offer remote deposit, a service that allows members to scan a check for deposit.
