Vista FCU First Client For ServiStar

The $320-million Vista Federal Credit Union, which serves members of the Walt Disney Co., has become the first client for ServiStar, a new, 18-month sales and service culture development program offered by the Credit Union Executives Society, Madison, Wis., and Michael Neill & Associates, Atlanta. ServiStar utilizes a 13- point agenda for improving sales and member service, which includes on-site consultation, staff education, sales tracking, staff incentives and off-site support to guide credit unions.
