MORENO VALLEY, Calif. – Visterra CU unveiled a new program yesterday under which it will rebate 25% of a real estate agent’s commission to members who buy or sell a home through its new Home Fortunes program. The home buying program is being offered in conjunction with the $440 million credit union’s own mortgage financing. The participating real estate agents have been hand-picked by HomeSold, a unit of title insurer Fidelity National Financial.
