PASADENA, Calif. - (12/21/04) -- Wescom CU said its employee-runcharity, WeCare, has selected five area charities to which it willdonate $10,000 each in 2005. The charities are: The UnforgettablesFoundation for low-income families; The Children's Dental Center tohelp children in need of dental care; Guide Dogs of America toprovide guide dogs for the blind; Heal The Bay to clean up SantaMonica Bay; and The Pacific Lodge Boys Club residential treatmentcenter for teens. The WeCare board also announced it will select acharity each quarter nominated by Wescom CU employees to receive aone-time donation of $1,000.
