PASADENA, Calif. – Wescom CU yesterday said it has completed the acquisition of eCU Technologies, the technology and consulting CUSO of Pennsylvania State Employees CU.
The unit will be integrated into Wescom’s wholly owned CUSO, Wescom Resources Group.
PSECU founded eCU in 2001 and has grown it to serve 130 credit unions. eCU’s products include the popular UPost remote deposit system.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
