WesCorp To Move In To Tenn. With Merger

In the latest of the trend to consolidate the corporate network, WesCorp FCU announced it has agreed to merge with Volunteer Corporate FCU, the Nashville, Tenn., corporate known as VolCorp. Under the deal, Volcorp, which has $1 billion in assets and serves 258 credit unions in the Southeast, will retain its headquarters as a branch of WesCorp.

WesCorp is the nation's largest corporate and claims more than $25 billion in assets and more than 1,000 credit union members in 41 states.
