DENVER - The MEMBERS Financial Services program located at Denver's Westerra Credit Union has changed its name to Westerra Financial Advisors as part of the CU's phased branding strategy that started last year after three area credit unions merged to become Westerra.

The three original CUs were DPS Credit Union, Safeway Rocky Mountain Federal Credit Union and Gateway Credit Union. As a result of the merger, Westerra is the third largest credit union in the state with more than $900 million in assets and 75,000 members.
Westerra worked with CUNA Mutual Group, which provides the MEMBERS Financial Services Program to rebrand it with the Westerra name. (c) 2007 The Credit Union Journal and SourceMedia, Inc. All Rights Reserved. http://www.cujournal.com http://www.sourcemedia.com
