Dan Mica: the former Florida congressman is still CEO of CUNA, the longest-serving president in the group's history.

Robert Rubin: Goldman Sachs investment banker who served two terms as President Clinton's Treasury Secretary; now with Citigroup; on board of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Al D'Amato: NY senator was chairman of Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs during HR 1151; now a managing director of Computer Associates.

Steve LaTourette: Republican co-sponsor of H.R 1151 now serving his sixth term as representative from Ohio's 14th District.

John LaFalce: NY Dem was ranking member of House Financial Services Committee during HR 1151 and declined to run for reelection; now on faculty of Canisius College.

Paul Kanjorski: Democratic co-sponsor of HR 1151 now serving his 12th term as rep of Penn.'s 11th District.
