Wisconsin CUL Backs Workshops

Almost 20 credit unions from around the state are sponsoring 25 local teachers to attend the workshops, called the National Institute of Financial and Economic Literacy.

The workshops will include sessions on paychecks, financial contracts and entrepreneurship; savings, investor education and insurance; and credit and money. The is the fifth year the league has sponsored the workshops, organized by the Jump$start Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy, a group of public and private organizations working to improve financial literacy in Wisconsin.
