HALES CORNERS, Wis. - (03/08/07) -- Corporate Central CU is reportingloan volume to member credit unions that is far outpacing what wasseen during 2005. During January of this year, the corporate saidit had loaned $585 million to member credit unions, significantlymore than the $480 million loaned out during the same period oneyear earlier. The loans are going to credit unions in the stateseeking to alleviate a liquidity crunch as their members borrowfrom them. The corporate has approximately 350 CUmembers.
