PHOENIX - (07/18/05) -- Area police were searching last weekfor a female suspect they believe is responsible for at least threearea bank robberies in the last month, including two at localcredit unions. The woman, identified from a surveillance phototaken during a June 21 hold-up at Desert Schools FCU, in Phoenix,usually wears a baseball cap and sunglasses and appears to betalking on a cell phone during the robberies, but has yet to show aweapon. She is also wanted for the July 7 robbery at ArizonaCentral CU, In Tempe, and the June 23 heist at M&I Bank inMesa.
