Worcester Credit Union in Massachusetts has named Lisa Perrin as its next president and CEO.

Perrin will take over for longtime President and CEO Karen Duffy, who is retiring at the end of August, the $82 million-asset credit union said on Tuesday. Duffy, who announced her retirement in March, has led Worcester Credit Union since October 1993.

Perrin, who has worked in financial services for almost three decades, spent the last 13 years working in branches in the Worcester area. She most recently was senior vice president of retail banking and mortgage lending for Leominster Credit Union where she oversaw retail banking and lending.

O’Rourke and Associates helped Worcester Credit Union with its CEO search.
