JAMESTOWN, N.D. – A group of workers at a First Community CU branch claims to hold a Mega Millions lottery ticket worth $250,000.

Bonnie Nelson, human resources director for branch, says she and 18 co-workers won the second-tier prize in Tuesday’s drawing.
The ticket matched all five white balls, but not the Megaball. It was sold at a Jamestown grocery store.
Lottery Director Randy Miller says the odds of winning the prize are 1 in 3.9 million.
Nelson says the group regularly pools its money to play the lottery and will split the winnings evenly.
Mega Millions is played in 41 states and the District of Columbia. The jackpot for the next drawing, on Friday, is about $54 million.
