EL SEGUNDO, Calif. – Xceed FCU, which moved into a new headquarters earlier this year, sold its old office building last week for $7.05 million.
The 30,810-square-foot, two-story office building was built in 1979 on 1.53 acres.Separately, the $750 million credit union, formerly known as Xerox FCU, will be holding a grand opening this week for its newest branch in Rochester. The new branch has self-service safe deposit boxes, a coin machine and teller cash recyclers. Other amenities include wide-screen TV’s and a conference room.
The credit union has seven branches in the Rochester area.
