EL SEGUNDO, Calif. Xceed Financial CU has signed with The Members Group to provide it with card processing services.
Xceed expressed interest in TMG’s Catalyst product, a consumer intelligence solution designed to help credit unions adjust to the changing behaviors of today’s credit card consumers. Developed in conjunction with TMG’s strategic partner IQR Consulting, the company said Catalyst leverages a credit union’s own credit card portfolio data to help company leaders better understand their cardholders on an individual level. The Catalyst reports allow a management team to quickly assess their portfolio’s health, and with the help of TMG and IQR data analytics experts, gain better insights on the actions leading to greater portfolio profitability.
