YORK, Penn. – York Educational FCU has named Nicholas Spangler, its vice president the past 10 years, as successor to David Baker as president and CEO of the $27-million credit union.
Baker retired June 1 after 40 years as CEO.
Spangler worked for Pentagon FCU and HEW FCU in Washington, D.C., before going to work at York Educational.
