SF Police CU Plans Branch
SF Police CU commenced construction on a new administrative building in San Bruno, Calif., with several local dignitaries attending. The new building will improve operational efficiencies, as the CU is projected to reach $1 billion in assets by 2020.
Great Lakes CU Security Guard Feted
Employees from Bannockburn, Ill.-based Great Lakes CU's Chicago office surprised their longtime and beloved security guard, Brenda Ruiz, with an Edible Arrangement bouquet and a $100 Visa gift card. Employees from GLCU's Round Lake Beach location also donated more than 700 school supply items to the students of Pleviak Elementary School.
Golf Tourney Raises $50K for Scholarship Fund
The NWFCU Foundation, the charitable arm of Northwest FCU, Herndon, Va., hosted the inaugural Drive for the Driven golf tournament, which raised $50,000 for the Foundation's Scholarship Fund, which was expanded this past year to include need-based scholarships.
Sharon CU Awards Scholarships

Wings Financial CU Opens New Branch

Wings now has 17 branches in the Twin Cities.
TruMark Financial CU Gets Fit
TruMark Financial CU, Fort Washington, Pa., is creating a culture of work-life balance with wellness programs to keep employees physically fit. The increased space at its new HQ has allowed employees to take advantage of expanded in-house wellness, including workout equipment and yoga classes, and 45 employees were in the TruLoser Weight Loss Challenge.
Jeanne D'Arc CU Completes Renovations
Jeanne D'Arc CU, Lowell, Mass., said renovations to its Chelmsford Branch are now complete. The remodeled branch offers 43 new parking spaces, a walk-up ATM, better traffic flow and an updated branch design.
American First CU Donates $14K to Relay for Life
American First CU, La Habra, Calif., was the top sponsor of the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life of La Habra. With the help of its members and associates, American First's contribution of $14,000 raised the event's grand total to $24,000.
