Member business lending is huge, because if I want to work with businesses I will hit the cap in a heartbeat. Second is relevancy helping us stay relevant is important. There are a lot of credit union CEOs retiring, so I hope the changing of the guard in leadership helps us innovate. Third is unity we need to act in a united manner.

Paul Trylko
First is to stay focused on advocacy because that is something that is important to all credit unions. Second is the Awareness Initiative, which also is important to all of us. Third is leadership development. We are hearing a lot about "sustainability" at this conference. We need to get the next generation of credit union leaders prepared so credit unions can be sustainable.

CUNA can help my credit union get the word out about differentiators what makes us better than banks. Second, it can be a resource for best practices in data collection and use. Third, it can help our credit union and the credit union movement as a whole by continuing to advocate in Washington, D.C.

Pete Paulson
Advocacy is No. 1, and I am glad it was identified as the top priority. Second, I like the Awareness Initiative that was introduced here this week. Third is education, including staff education and conventions. CUNA does a really good job with advocacy and education, so I look forward to seeing what they do with awareness.

Elaine Karsky
Advocacy is huge, and I love the idea of rolling out the Awareness Initiative. The statistics on millennials not knowing what credit unions are really surprised me. Third is the regulatory burden. I appreciate that CUNA is fighting the regulatory burden, and communicated that at this conference.

Franklin Brown
First is to help us stay relevant in the marketplace especially with all the millennials coming. Second, CUNA needs to keep us abreast on the political activities that would adversely affect credit unions. If they do both of those, I don't need a third.
