A trio of officers earn 'chief' titles at MCU and other personnel news from CUs across the country.

Municipal CU, New York, promoted Richard Casamassa (right) to executive vice president and chief member services officer, Norman Kohn (center) to executive vice president and chief credit officer, Linda Lambert (left) to senior vice president and chief financial officer, Joseph Rini to vice president of accounting and finance and Stacy Riley to financial analysis manager.
Charter Oak FCU, Waterford, Conn. has named Kim Mecteau as its new VP of business lending.
Matthew Stratton, SVP/director of marketing at Tinker FCU, Oklahoma City, Okla., received the 2014 Troy Higgins Political Activist of the Year Award.
Empower FCU, Syracuse. N.Y., named W. Paul Mooney as VP of the Investment Services and Retirement Solutions department.
Security Service FCU, San Antonio, Tex. has named John Davies VP of facilities and development.
