DES MOINES - Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Inc. said it has teamed up with the National Council of La Raza to increase lending to Hispanic Americans.
A program announced Tuesday will target consumers in 19 metropolitan areas including Los Angeles, Dallas, Denver, Philadelphia, and Chicago. Wells will provide educational materials, access to bilingual consultants, and homeownership seminars.
