1st Source in Indiana Adds 3 Directors

Three new directors are set to join the board of 1st Source Corp. in South Bend, Ind.

The $4.41 billion-asset company said Thursday that shareholders had approved adding Allison Nickle Egidi, Najeeb Khan and Christopher Murphy to the board.

Egidi is a vice president at Bank of Montreal's BMO Capital Markets. Khan is the chairman and chief executive of Outsourcing Inc., a payroll services provider. Murphy is the chief operating officer of Catharsis Productions, which offers behavioral training to universities. Terry Gerber and Dane Miller retired as directors after Thursday's meeting.

1st Source also reported first-quarter earnings of $10.6 million, compared with $9.7 million a year earlier.
