The processor ACH Federal LLC of Chattanooga, Tenn., said it will provide services to New England Bank of Enfield, Conn.

ACH Federal said it would begin processing automated clearing house payments initiated online for New England Bank's customers next month.

"With increasing numbers of customers requesting online payment processing, we looked for a vendor that could provide a combination of stellar security, reliability and customer service," James O'Donnell, the bank's vice president of commercial deposit services, said in a press release Thursday.

ACH Federal said it has processed more than 3 million transactions since it began handling payments in March 2009.
