Putnam, Lovell, & Thornton, Inc., a San Francisco-based financial adviser, has hired four executives from Citicorp Securities Inc. to head its corporate finance group.
They will be based in the New York office.
William P. Henson, now managing director and co-head of finance at Putnam, had been a managing director and industry co-head in Citicorp's corporate finance division.
John J. MacDonald, who is also a managing director and co-head of finance, was a vice president in corporate finance and securitization.
Robert T. Fleisher was named as a vice president, responsible for corporate finance and capital raising in the institutional investor markets. He had been an assistant vice president, overseeing Citicorp's securitized private placements.
Michael R. Llodra, a vice president in the group, is focusing on Putnam, Lovell, & Thornton's transaction execution. He had been a vice president at Citicorp's U.S. securitization group, responsible for origination and structuring of asset-backed securities in investor markets.
