Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. has hired Richard Houghton to be its chief financial officer.
He is to take the post on April 30, succeeding Julian Cusack, the company said Monday. Mr. Houghton joins Aspen from Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC, where he was chief operating officer since 2005 of its RBS Insurance unit.
Aspen Insurance is based in Hamilton, Bermuda.
