B of A's Rosenberg Headed to BlackRock

Jeffrey Rosenberg, head of global credit research at Bank of America Corp., has left the largest U.S. lender to join BlackRock Inc., according to a person familiar with the move, who declined to be identified because it hasn't been announced.

Rosenberg started at B of A in 2002 after leaving Credit Suisse Group AG, where he was a director of U.S. investment-grade strategy.

Rosenberg said he couldn't comment. Bobbie Collins, a spokeswoman in New York at BlackRock, the world's biggest money manager, didn't immediately return a call seeking comment. Rinat Rond, a B of A spokeswoman declined to comment.
