Meet the winners of the 2014 Young Women's Leadership Award. These scholarships are awarded as part of the Most Powerful Women in Banking and Finance program.

For the 5th consecutive year, American Banker and Discover are proud to sponsor the Young Women's Leadership Award, a college scholarship given to graduating high school seniors who have demonstrated leadership potential and are the first generation in their family to attend college. Each honoree receives $5,000 towards freshman-year tuition.
We're looking for women who work in banking or finance to serve on the Young Women's Leadership Award Advisory Board. The primary requirement will be to read and score applications during March and April, the scholarships will be awarded in May. Advisory Board members will be invited to participate in the scholarship awards ceremony if they're able.
