An Australian Visa card was one of three Direct Marketing Association Echo award winners in the financial services industry.

Pinpoint Pty Ltd., a Balmain, Australia, advertising agency, won the international Silver Echo for a direct mail program on behalf of Telstra Visa, a cobranded card offered by a telecommunications company. It sent highly personalized mail pieces to 200 restaurants promoting participation in a cardholder loyalty program and 160 signed up, generating almost $5 million in sales.
