While those criteria are constant - they include months of trade or file history, derogatory remarks, dispute codes, and number of inquiries within six months - the lender can choose or mix them in various ways, depending on the promotion. "QuickScreen saves direct marketers the time and cost of developing their own selection criteria, and offers the strategic advantage of completing the promotion within 10 business days," said Greg Ewing, product manager for Trans Union's acquisition and risk management services division.
