Centrue Financial Corp. in St. Louis, Mo., said late Tuesday that it is delisting from the Nasdaq Global Market.
The $1.07 billion-asset company said it expects to move its stock to the OTQB Marketplace on June 24. The company was flagged twice by the Nasdaq in recent months for noncompliance.
