Chemung Financial Corp. in Elmira, N.Y., has completed its acquisition of Fort Orange Financial Corp. in Albany, N.Y.
The $1 billion-asset Chemung said in a Monday regulatory filing that it bought the $260 million-asset Fort Orange on Friday.
The acquisition was valued at $31.5 million, the filing said.
