ChoiceOne Financial Services in Sparta, Mich., will begin work on remodeling its bank's headquarters in May.
The $568 million-asset company will invest about $1 million in the project, according to the
ChoiceOne is expanding into the Grand Rapids market, its president, Kelly Potes, noted in the release. Last month it opened an office in Grand Rapids to originate residential mortgages and business loans. Grand Rapids is about 19 miles south of Sparta.
