Claymore Adds Exchange-Traded Funds

Claymore Securities Inc., a Lisle, Ill., investment manager, introduced two international exchange-traded funds Wednesday.

With the addition of the Claymore/Zacks Country Rotation ETF and the Claymore/Zacks International Yield Hog Index ETF, Claymore has launched 29 such funds since entering the market in September.

The Claymore/Zacks International fund corresponds to the Zacks International Yield Hog Index, which is made up of 150 stocks selected from international companies, global real estate investment trusts, master limited partnerships, Canadian royalty trusts, American depositary receipts of emerging market companies, and U.S.-listed closed-end funds that invest in international companies. The companies are selected using a strategy developed by Zacks Investment Research Inc.

The Claymore/Zacks Country fund is associated with the Zacks Country Rotation Index, which is made up of 200 stocks selected from international companies based in Canada and countries included in the MSCI EAFE Index, except for Greece.

Claymore Securities had $17 billion of assets under management as of May 31.
