Codorus Valley in Pa. Names Fiserv Exec to Bank Board

Codorus Valley Bancorp in York, Pa., has named a Fiserv executive to its bank's board.

The $1.4 billion-asset company appointed Brian Brunner to the board of PeoplesBank on Sept. 8, according to a news release. Brunner is the division president of account and item processing sales within Fiserv's global sales organization.

Brunner was a director of Madison Bancorp in Nottingham, Md., which Codorus Valley acquired in January. He is also a former director of Bay Net Community Bank in Bel Air, Md., which closed in 2008.

Brunner fills the board seat of the bank's former chairman, Rodney Krebs, who retired in August, said Larry Miller, the new chairman.
