Community Partners Bancorp Elevates Patock to Chairman

The board of directors at Community Partners Bancorp in Middletown, N.J., has elected Frank Patock as chairman of both the company and its bank subsidiary, Two River Community Bank.

Patock, the president of Patock Construction Co., took over as chairman on May 10 at the close of Community Partners' annual meeting on May 10, the $653 million-asset company announced in a press release this week. He had been vice chairman of the company since 2006 and has more than 22 years of experience serving on bank boards.

Patock replaced Charles T. Parton, who has been chairman of the bank since it was founded in 2000 and of the holding company since it was formed in 2006. Parton is now the vice chairman of the bank and the parent company.
