Credit Suisse Adds Distribution Exec

Credit Suisse said it had hired an executive to expand its U.S. asset management distribution.

Ben Alibrandi was named director on Monday of the Swiss banking company's consultant relations team based in New York.

Mr. Alibrandi was a senior vice president at Lehman Brothers, where he worked on the consultant relations team in New York.

He joined Lehman in 1994, and his duties there included maintaining communication with the institutional consulting community and providing information on the organization and its asset management capabilities.

Credit Suisse supplies clients worldwide with investment banking, private banking, and asset management services.

The company offers advisory services, comprehensive solutions, and products to companies, institutional clients, and high-net-worth private clients globally, as well as to retail clients in Switzerland.

Credit Suisse operates in more than 50 countries and employs about 40,000 people.

Its parent, Credit Suisse Group, is a global financial services company based in Zurich.
