Tri-City Brokerage, a San Francisco division of Crump Group Inc., has hired two brokers, it said Thursday.

It added Matt Whitelaw as a senior vice president specializing in directors and officers coverage placements in its San Francisco office and Michael Yovino as a senior vice president specializing in primary and excess casualty placements in its Long Island office.
Mr. Whitelaw spent the past eight years as a managing director at Carpenter Moore Insurance. Mr. Yovino was a vice president and casualty broker at AmWins Brokerage of New York.
Crump is a wholesale insurance distributor and provider of record keeping and support services to company-sponsored retirement plans.
