MOORESTOWN, N.J. - Danyl Corp., a builder of smart-card-reading devices, has introduced Pursecard, the first in what it says will be a series of cards that can be replenished when their stored value runs out.

The "rechargeable" cash substitute is designed for multiple-application prepaid card programs that might include food and beverage vending, laundry services, games, amusements, reprographics, pay telephones, and point of sale terminals.
